Return Policy

Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have passed since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for personal or sanitary use, hazardous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products (see corresponding product page)

To make a return, you must contact us via our form or the chat with your order number, you will receive by e-mail a return slip to print.

Please do not return your purchase directly.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, you will review an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if any)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then, contact the entity that issued your credit card, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.



Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to info@biscayshop.com .
